The Clinical Coordinator for the AAS in Radiologic Technology Program will play a vital role in the coordination, administration, and continuous improvement of clinical education experiences for students. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining clinical affiliations, overseeing student placements, and ensuring that clinical education aligns with the program’s curriculum, accreditation standards, and healthcare industry requirements. This position directly supports the Program Director and serves as a key liaison between the educational and clinical environments, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice and education are met.

The Data Analyst will assist the AVP of Institutional Effectiveness and Academic Planning in leading the systematic collection, analysis, and distribution of data to guide decision-making and provide support for institutional improvement, planning, operations, and accreditation.  This individual will oversee reporting to federal agencies, state agencies and accrediting bodies, and work with Touro University California stakeholders to enhance the understanding, collection, and use of data as well as provide expertise in analysis and reporting.

Security Officers are responsible for observing and reporting safety and security hazards affecting the personnel and property of the University; and to assist in enforcing University Safety and Security rules and regulations. The Security officer interacts with a variety of persons including; faculty; staff; students; contractors; vendors; visitors; public safety officials; and the general public.

The Procurement Officer is responsible for the acquisition of materials, supplies, and equipment for all Touro University California (TUC) departments and subsidiaries. The Procurement Officer will follow established Touro University (TU) policies and procedures to ensure a fair price, quality, and timeliness of delivery. Duties include planning, scheduling, initiating, monitoring, and quality assurance of all procurement and contract activities. Work requires independent and professional judgment and is performed under the general direction of the Interim Assistant VP of Finance.

Reporting to the Registrar, the Assistant Registrar performs duties that facilitate the matriculation and academic progress for students in their assigned college/program.
