The Associate Dean for Enrollment Management will be responsible for the leadership, management, and development of a strategic plan for student enrollment at TUC.  Reporting to the Vice Provost and Dean of Student Affairs, the Associate Dean will oversee Admissions, Registrar, Bursar, and Financial Aid/Scholarships and will work collaboratively with university leadership in developing new student enrollment strategies.  This position will also assist in creating evaluation metrics to assess and demostrate program success.


  • Hiring, training, supervising, evaluating, and building a strong and high-performing Enrollment Team for the university that includes the Director of Admissions, the Director of Financial Aid, and the University Registrar.
  • Leading enrollment planning efforts by working closely with the Provost, Vice-Provost and Dean of Student Affairs, Vice Presidents, Deans, Associate Deans, Associate VPs, and colleagues across the university to develop, implement, and modify a multi-year strategic enrollment management plan. 
  • Establishing sound administrative management and utilizing data analytics in order to assure appropriate planning, implementation, and evaluation of all enrollment programs and activities.
  • Working with the TUC admissions team and recruiters to grow enrollment, develop marketing materials, and implement advertising strategies for the university.
  • Building relationships with community colleges and undergraduate institutions to develop an ongoing admissions pipeline of new students.
  • Developing and implementing strong retention programs and activities with the university’s faculty and staff to ensure high student retention rates.
  • Working with the Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid, and Bursar to ensure that newly admitted students are appropriately registered, have completed the financial aid process, and have a plan in place in to pay their tuition and fees.
  • Coordinating with the college deans and the Admissions team, to review/approve admissions requirements and provide high quality student recruitment experiences. 
  • Working with the University Registrar to update and maintain the university academic calendar(s).
  • Maintaining strong communication practices throughout TUC to ensure smooth functioning of all of enrollment programs.
  • Evaluating the members of the Enrollment Management Team and ensuring that each carries out the responsibilities established for the position.
  • Utilizing social media platforms to engage with potential and current students, student families, employers, and alumni.
  • Chairing the University Enrollment Management Committee.
  • Serving as a Clery Act Campus Security Authority (CSA).
  • Serving on other university committees as needed.
  • Contributes to the overall success of the university by performing all other duties as assigned by the Vice Provost and Dean of Student Affairs.

Successful candidates must have the following:


  • A Master degree in higher education administration, student affairs, educational leadership, educational counseling, public administration or a relevant academic discipline from an accredited university/college.
  • A minimum of five years of successful experiences in Student Affairs position in a college or university and a background in progressively higher leadership responsibilities.
  • Skilled experience in developing and implementing strategies, services, and programming to develop and support university students.



  • A Doctorate in higher education administration, student affairs, educational leadership, educational counseling, public administration or a relevant academic discipline from an accredited university/college.
  • Administrative experiences leading strategic and operational planning, preparation of budgets, effective management of resources within a budget, personnel organization, and management.
  • Experience in leading teams with a customer service focus and in supervising, evaluating, training, and hiring team members.
  • Fiscal administration skills including overseeing department/division budgets, developing budget proposals, and reconciling expenditure reports
  • Unquestioned integrity and a commitment to fostering an environment that is nurturing and welcoming to people of diverse backgrounds and experiences and promotes their full development.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills to work with and collegially engage multiple and diverse constituencies.

Maximum Salary

USD $140,000.00/Yr.

Minimum Salary

USD $112,000.00/Yr.
