General Administrative Support. The following duties are performed to support the basic operations: Support the faculty of the Diabetes Institute:
Qualifications are the Education, Training and/or related experience needed by the person to perform the job. Essential Experience:
· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications. · Capacity to learn and master the navigation of the University’s web page, and the Canvas platform. · Experience in basic web-page construction and management, and the initiative and capacity to acquire advanced skills to implement new software applications. · Ability to operate standard office technology (desktop computer, printers, photocopiers, fax, scanner, etc).
